eCatalogue Specialist with German

As an integral part of our team of eCatalogue Specialists, you will create formatted electronic catalogues for customers to use on their eProcurement systems. As part of the integration process, you will validate the quality of the input given and revert back to the relevant parties were the quality is not according to our standards.
You will provide operational support to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders and manage new customer eCatalogue requests, solve issues, and assist with guidance. 
The key objective is to optimize the electronic communication processes between our customers, vendors and Office Depot by providing quality eCatalogues that will allow customers to order our vast range of products


  • Create and maintain bespoke hosted eCatalogues in line with market formats
  • Validate the quality of the input that is needed and work with the relevant parties to ensure that high standards are maintained
  • Manage the interaction with procurement specialists in our customer and vendor organisations on an operational level
  • Detect and solve any deficiencies before handing over electronic catalogues to customers or Vendors by solving issues in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and provides feedback to the customer
  • Achieve our operational service level agreements
  • Identify improvement opportunities to maximize the efficiency of eCatalogue production
  • You pro-actively review customer requirements and the rich content of agreed assortments
  • Monitor and report on catalogue production
  • Provides guidance and support to our sales force
  • Inform key stakeholders (Customers, Account Managers, e-Consultancy, Integration Specialists, IT etc.) on relevant developments with respect to Catalogue developments. Manage the interests of the parties involved, and decide when to escalate to the next level in cases of conflict of interest

  • Fluent knowledge of German and English, spoken and written (execute tasks with accuracy and have a high attention for the detail)
  • Have some knowledge of standard formats such as csv, xml, xls, BMECat, and the ability to create catalogues in these formats
  • Proficiency in MS Office© software Intermediate MS Excel skills
