20 months determined period contract
As an integral part of our team of eCatalogue Specialists, you will create formatted electronic catalogues for customers to use on their eProcurement systems. As part of the integration process, you will validate the quality of the input given and revert back to the relevant parties were the quality is not according to our standards.
You will provide operational support to customers, vendors and internal stakeholders and manage new customer eCatalogue requests, solve issues, and assist with guidance.
The key objective is to optimize the electronic communication processes between our customers, vendors and Office Depot by providing quality eCatalogues that will allow customers to order our vast range of products
