HR Support

We're looking for a new member to complete our team of 10 enthusiastic and smart colleagues.

The following characteristics are required:  

• Fluent English language skills, both writing and speaking 
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook 
• Ability to work in an international environment (you will be collaborating closely with our colleagues in the UK and Europe) 
• Takes pride in work and owns tasks to completion, delivering a high standard of quality. 
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality. 
• Willingness to engage in the learning process. 

We offer remote support through platforms and ticketing systems to other HR teams within Azets group on the following main topics:

• Employee data management (employment contracts, contractual changes, promotions, absences, probation etc) 
• Salary letters, pension letters 
• User management in timesheet platform 
• L&D: training booking, spreadsheets updating, compliance training management and follow up 
• Other tasks that arise from time to time (ad hoc request, project related administration).  
• Managing day to day HR business support requests
