Requirements:

Excellent English;

Advanced knowledge of Italian;

University degree or Internationally recognized professional qualification in Business, Finance or similar;

MS OFFICE knowledge: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

Experience in working with SAP business system would be an advantage;

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs;

Ambitious and enthusiastic person with analytical power and a sense for facts and figures;

Positive and cooperative attitude.


Responsibilities:

Ensures administrative tracking of a portfolio of customers;

Performs checks related to credit limits, payment terms, due dates, fulfilment of invoicing;

Resolves problems relating to invoicing, proof of delivery, credit notes;

Ensures support and coordination with cash application and customer data maintenance;

Performs reporting analysis over accounts receivables cash flow and collection activity;

Daily update of Credit Collection system (Formula);

Monthly update : data supply for RCF;

Compiles documentation for legal action as required;

Completes month end reconciliation on debtor ledger upon request;

Undertakes complex reconciliations;

Offers support to the team members and department manager in various situations and projects.
