Windows Systems Administrator

Orange Moldova is looking for a colleague to fill in the position of Windows Systems Administrator

what you will be doing:

• administrating systems based on MS Windows Server OS, hosted on virtual environment and physical bare metal
• administrating virtual platform on VMWare vSphere
• setup, configure & patching servers, storages, backup systems
• controlling user access to resources and information
• performing data backups and recoveries
• providing resolution of systems failures (including, but not limit to hardware, software, firmware, systems, applications).
• performing monitoring and auditing of systems usage
• setting up and maintaining documentation and standards
• working as part of a team and providing 7×24 support when required
• working with suppliers for technical support

what we are looking for:

• university degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field
• at least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration
• knowledge and experience in Active Directory, E-mail, Antivirus systems, VMWare virtual platform and cloud technologies.
• windows networking skills – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP
• knowledge of storage technologies, memory management, disk arrays, NAS/SAN
• knowledge and experience in Linux are a plus
• good communication skills (English is a must)
• analytical skills
