Vendor Management Administrator

Provides support to the Learning Operations function. The position requires interaction with global teams, hence the chosen candidate must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills that is comfortable working with distributed teams.


 Performs one or more of the following duties:

  • Provide overall vendor invoice processing, client invoicing and reporting to support to the learning organization
  • Assistance to the client team with administrative, analytical and operational tasks
  • Collaborate with the client team to support SLAs& streamline reporting
  • Perform data analysis to determine root cause of data issues
  • Reconciliation of Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly reports.
  • Collects and analyzes data on financial data for creation of fee cards, client invoicing and reporting
  • All other duties as assigned 

Professional Experience:

  • We are looking for someone who has good administrative skills and the ability to multitask and collate data in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong English skills are a must
  • You will need to have experience supporting a team of people preferably within a learning operations environment
  • Strong MS – office skills / experience with excel, pivot tables and producing figures
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Good reporting skills
  • Microscopic attention to detail
  • Diligence for follow up and issue resolution
  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Flexible to working extended working hours per business requirements
