Office Accounting Assistant with German

We are looking for a new colleague to complete our support team in Brasov office. You are the right candidate if you are a person with a strong attention to details, pro-active attitude and great English and German skills.

We ask for:

  • University graduate (Mathematics, Cybernetics, Economy or similar)
  • Great English and German skills, oral and written
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Good communications skills oral and written

The following personal characteristics are preferred:

  • Motivation and energy
  • Willingness and humbleness in the learning process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality
  • Ability to work independently and to self-review their own work
  • Ability to work in an international environment

The more detailed responsibilities completed by the Office administrator will include:

  • Data entry into CRM systems
  • Set up of new clients including client liaison and document collation
  • Assistance with administrative reporting and projects
  • General administrative tasks.
