About the Role
At CLA Romania, as a Practice
Administrator, you will oversee daily office operations, support consultants
with client interactions, manage invoicing and reporting, and ensure smooth
execution of meetings, documentation, and departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
·
Overseeing daily workplace
operations, coordinating with internal consultants for timely service delivery;

Assisting Consultants with
benefits enrollment, and managing HR-related communications;
·
Planning and coordinating
meetings, conferences with clients, ensuring smooth logistics and on-site
execution;
·
Handling clients invoices,
ensuring timely payments, and managing reporting;
·
Managing the invoicing monthly
situation;
·
Supporting the HR department in
document handling and archiving;
·
Maintaining a correct timesheet
and making sure the timesheets are timely and rightfully filled in by all other
consultants in the team, to run regular reports;
·
Helping the department organize
meetings, fill in managerial reports as requested, planning reports or
presentations required.
What We’re Looking
For

3+ years
of experience in a similar role within professional services.
·
Strong
command of the English language, both written and spoken.
·
Proficiency
in MS Excel and the ability to work with deadlines.
·
Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail.
·
Excellent
communication skills across all levels of business.
