The role:
With a solid
foundation in Instructional Design and eLearning development, your primary
responsibility will be for the creation of interactive and truly engaging
eLearning material and modules for the STA Travel Divisions across the globe.
Demonstrating great
communication skills and a highly creative, problem-solving mindset with a can
do attitude when providing excellent customer service by advising on elearning
solutions to a global team of SMEs and stakeholders, you must have meticulous
attention to detail and the ability to view the material through the eyes of
the end user - ideally being comfortable working in an agile way.

Job
responsibilities:
- Creating game-based learning,
simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements
in our authoring tools Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise
- Designing and developing highly
engaging blended learning solutions with the internal People & Culture
team and other stakeholders
- Supporting the on-going
development of system and management of content on our Learning Management
System (LMS), Cornerstone.
- Assessing and providing creative
solutions by developing storyboards for the business where eLearning is
the best possible resource
- Applying advanced adult
learning theories into a practical, application based elearning strategy
and keeping up to date with trends in the industry; including but limited
to concepts, techniques and theories of other disciplines to instructional
design assessment strategies
- Managing multiple projects of
varying sizes and scope while prioritising workload and meeting set
deadlines
Who you are:
- An English fluent speaker
- You have a sound understanding
of learning theories and their application in e-Learning design
- You possess exceptional
writing/story boarding skills and outstanding attention to detail
- You have creative design
experience, exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication
skills (both oral and written).
- You have the ability to
collaborate and contribute to a continually improving environment.
- You have experience in managing
multiple projects with a variety of technologies and platforms.
- You have the ability to apply
technology to achieve training and educational goals in adult learning
environment.
- You have knowledge of online
training systems, software, module development, and administration and can
demonstrate working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as
Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, SCORM, GoAnimate, Adobe
Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash
