Requirements:


‐ Fluent English. Any other language is considered an advantage

‐ University degree or Internationally recognized professional qualification in Business, Finance or similar

‐ Strong controlling/ accounting / financial analysis background 

‐ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

‐ PC skills: MS Office, Internet, E-mails

‐ IT literate with basic understanding of Business Intelligence software, ERP systems and financial consolidation tools

‐ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs

‐ Good knowledge and understanding of financial statements

‐ Income Statement, Balance Sheet, cash flow, financial and business plans, budgets and financial reports.


Responsibilities:


‐ Actual Cost Information Collection;

‐ Variance Analysis against budget & prior periods;

‐ Headcount Cost Analysis;

‐ Looking out for improvement requirements;

‐ Periodic cost analysis for top management to illustrate cost reduction progress;

‐ Drives continuous improvements in cost efficiency and implement CISE requirements;

‐ Helps to identify and implement action plans for cost reductions;

‐ Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
