‐ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering fields (Machine Building / Mechatronics / Automotive); Master is an advantage; PhD is a serious advantage;
‐ Excellent mechanical calculations skills;
‐ Analytical thinking and attention to details;
‐ Experienced in using 3D design tools; CREO Parametric knowledge is an advantage;
‐ Experienced in using Mathcad;
‐ Finite Elements modelling knowledge; experience is using ANSYS Workbench is a serious advantage;
‐ Fluency in English is mandatory; good French language skills are also required;
‐ Willing to travel to France for training and project based;
‐ Costumer oriented;
‐ Ability to work in remote virtual teams.
‐ Perform analytical calculations and numerical simulations, using commercial software such as ANSYS Workbench and CREO Simulate, but internally developed as well, with the goal of designing and optimizing our electrical machines, mainly alternators, from a mechanical point of view;
‐ Perform analytical calculations for bearings, bolts, shafts, keys and other alternator components;
‐ Perform FE static analyses (linear, nonlinear) and dynamic analyses (modal, harmonic, random and spectral);
‐ Perform experimental validation of numerical simulations;
‐ Collaborate with the mechanical and electrical departments to make sure that the input data and the deliverables quality are accurate.
