We are looking for new colleagues for our stations in Bucharest (OTP) and Cluj (CLJ) who want to build a career in our Store departments.

STOREKEEPER (part-time/full-time)

Main responsibilities:

• Act as contact person in the warehouse for internal and external customers;
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and manage the shipping documents;
• Load and offload of freight by hand or using special equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
• Receiving, handling and shipping of dangerous goods;
• Manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control;
• Quality check of material and related documents;
• Perform routine inventory checks;
• Check aircraft Work Packages and prepare materials, tooling and material kits for production; 
• Update the components configuration on aircraft by installing / removing components in applicable IT system;
• Book in and out of tools; checking the tools condition and reporting and cleaning if required;
• Performing inspection of the returned serviceable materials and booking them back in stock.

Requirements:

• Good English knowledge in written and spoken;
• Technical education (is a plus);
• Practical and technical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts;
• Attention to detail;
• Structured and conscientious working method;
• Driver's license;
