Description:

  • Customer master data management: Initiates, sets up and maintains data of all customers
  • Price management: initiates, sets up, maintains, and retires customer specific core pricing as required
  • Produces reports covering both customer and customer specific price as and when required by sales associates
  • Audits the business critical data creation/amendments
  • The role is primarily undertaken using ERP systems ( SAP) and a number of supporting databases.
  • As a support function, manages all customer master and customer core pricing related data for UK-IE & Benelux
  • Liaises with Sales Associates when further clarification of job to be done is required to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
  • Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) in customer master data/core pricing-related projects / processes.
  • Contributes to requests for change (RFC) and/or software development requests (SDR)
  • Prepares, formalizes, sends and files external as well as internal routine mail and bulletins.
  • Sets up and maintains databases and after approval of manager, ensures filing of relevant information in the filing system
  • Provides insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and / or analyses, based on reporting guidelines
  • Uses current systems to check information accuracy and clear system errors as key user in local office creating and closing trouble ticket items for assigned systems
  • Ensures customer files (accounts) are updated, works according schedules, with deadlines and with ad-hoc requests
  • Receives and dispatches incoming calls / mail, make outgoing calls / mails and answer basic questions.
  • Updates the procedures / forms and instructions, as well as delivering training when needed

Requirements:

  • Very good language skills both written and spoken in English
  • Previous experience in service/support team in an international setting is a plus
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge in Comsys/SAP is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • Meeting agreed targets on KPIs
  • Detailed knowledge of departmental procedures with a good understanding of other departments is a plus
  • Customer oriented mindset; establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Commercial and results driven
  • Good understanding of processes, able to identify improvement opportunities, effective planning and organizational skills
