Your profile should look like this:

•     Degreed in: Economical Engineering; Economical Science; Statistics or similar domain
•     Language: English - advanced
•     Specific knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Bi; Human Resources; Compensations

What will you do in your day-to-day job:

• You analyze organizational structures under scope, promoting a progressive standardization in Tenaris. 
• You define the job description for new positions under his/her scope.
• You perform position class evaluation for positions within his / her scope of responsibility. 
• You assist in updating salary structures according to external market evolution and business changes. 
• You participate in external compensation surveys as appropriate
• You propose the granting of bonuses, other special awards and benefits.
• You provide information regarding salary changes and bonuses to the payroll department.
