Main Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Hardworking, performance-driven, solution-oriented, and team-focused.
• Basic technical support experience is advantageous.
• English skills are considered an asset.
• Availability to work 24/7 in shifts (Monday – Friday: 08:30-20:30, 20:30-08:30; Saturday &Sanday 09:00-18:00)
• Willingness to work full on-site from one of our offices in Romania: Iași, Bacău, or Brașov. Relocation bonus: 5,000 lei NET.
• Romanian citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make decisions using your existing knowledge base and your problem-solving skills for the initial diagnostics of the technical incidents.
• Put knowledge and training to work in resolving as many incidents as possible on initial contact.
• Prove attention to detail in recording and classifying all incoming technical incidents.
• Escalate and timely hand off to other resolving teams the incidents where no knowledge or solution was found.
• Be part of the team and help your folks meet the service performance indicators.
• Make our customers and users have a great day after talking to you.
