Activity in Romania started in 2006 with a team of just 20 people, and we have now reached over 900 employees in two locations in Iasi and Bacau. Delivering initially only Service Desk level support, over the years we have gradually added specialized services such as: Server & Network Support, Database and Application Support, Mobile Device Management, Security Management, and many more.

Following 10 successful years of activity, SCC Services Romania was named “SSC Company of the Year” at the Romanian Awards for Excellence Gala by The Diplomat magazine for two years in a row (2016, 2017), and “The Outsourcing Company of the Year” at the regional awards held by PIN magazine in Iasi, also for two years in a row (2016,2017). SCC was also awarded with “Best Managed Service Desk” title (2017) by the Service Desk Institute.
