Quality & QMS Manager

Ideal Candidate has:

  • Previous experience in leading quality assurance programs;
  • Exceptional skills in data manipulation and analysis;
  • Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), manufacturing principles and practices with the ‘’LEAN’’ concept, programs and methods related to quality and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge in Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and OH&S Management System (ISO 45001);
  • Oriented, analytical, strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Support encourage and develop team and proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the tasks with minimum supervision;
  • Bachelor`s degree;
  • Fluency in English;


Considered as a plus:

  • Technical background;
  • Experience in business process improvement;
  • Six Sigma certified;



Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities

Work proactively with all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Employees, to maintain a programme of continual improvement within their areas of responsibility

Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment focused on Quality

Develop quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system

Manage the internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance

Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies

Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures

Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators to ensure optimal performance

Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve them in line with quality standards requirements and in line with Company and Customer requirements
