Procurement Specialist

·       Carrying out tenders and comparisons of offers, technically and commercially;

·       Conducting price and award negotiations with the relevant suppliers;

·       Active supplier management (selection and evaluation);

·       Definition and pursuit of measures for the supplier's development and supplier's qualification, as well as optimization of the supplier's portfolio;

·       Clarification of technical, logistical and commercial issues - relevant for procurement - with the relevant departments and suppliers;

·       Project management with cross-functional teams;

·       Support standard processes and projects in other areas – check and clarify invoice variances, participate in cross-departmental projects, support the complaint process, send forecasts and series orders to suppliers.

·       Completed university studies (Business Administration, Engineering);

·       Previous work experience in Procurement departments in an intercultural environment;

·       Fluent German and English, both spoken and written;

·       MS Office Knowledge

·       SAP knowledge;
