MES Developer - Department Smart Factory

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·         Proficiency in SAP ME and SAP MII development, with a strong understanding of MES concepts

·         Experience in SAP UI5 web application development, including front end, back end, and JavaScript

·         Knowledge of SSCE for custom application development

·         Strong understanding of SQL tables and custom settings within SAP ME

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·         Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

·         Ability to work on global projects and adapt to changing business needs

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate closely with global business teams during the concept phase to understand their processes and business needs, and translate these requirements into MES solutions;

·         Develop new applications, transactions, and logic within SAP ME and SAP MII to support the manufacturing process, data integration, and traceability;

·         Implement new concepts and ideas received from the business, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the MES system;

·         Create SAP UI5 web applications, including front end, back end, and JavaScript, to enhance MES functionalities and data visualization;

·         Develop custom applications using SSCE to address specific business requirements and improve system functionality;

·         Manage SQL tables and custom settings within SAP ME for efficient data storage, retrieval, and system configuration;

·         Ensure the stability and reliability of the MES system, conduct regular maintenance, and take immediate action to address any issues or disruptions;

·         Perform troubleshooting and debugging to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.

·         Participate in new Smart Projects from the concept phase and work closely with customers to meet their requirements, particularly in terms of traceability;

·         Maintain comprehensive documentation of application development, configurations, and system processes;

·         Provide training to end-users and support the effective utilization of MES solutions.
