Inviting applications for the role of Digital Facilities Business Analyst - Management Trainee - English!


In this role, you will manage global implementations by analyzing stakeholders’ business requirements and by developing innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face.


Responsibilities


  • Support the design of Rapid Automation process solutions, the development and the maintenance of BI dashboards, applications or tools using the technology appropriate for the given task:

Power Platform

VBA programming language

Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Power BI

Other RPA systems


  • Identifies improvement opportunities to eliminate waste, automate manual work, standardize process
  • In charge of the creation and maintenance of RA solution documentation, of test procedures and scenarios for the testing phases
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, applications and scripts that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Support the Operational teams during the UAT and roll-out phases
  • Collaborate closely with other teams or functions, and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training.
  • Build a strong liaison with the operations, sales, marketing and product management team to ensure the best experience for the customer and that customer requirements are considered for product evolution.
  • Support the existing processes and will implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Collaborate closely with project and operational teams in connection with training and hand over activities
  • Updates project details, documentation and internal trackers periodically;
  • Finds opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solution.


Minimum Qualifications


  • University graduate (preferably IT / Economics / Mathematics)
  • Proven experience of working with Power Platform. Additionally, working with Microsoft Azure programming languages (Python, JAVA, etc) is an advantage
  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed projects (projects related to system design and implementation, process transformation or automation) and data statistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package including VBA programming basis (macro level)
  • GB certification/ Lean/any other certification in Quality Management is an advantage
  • Business process understanding in terms of Infrastructure and Logistics, workflow, reporting, metrics (critical metrics, SLAs), input, output, etc.
  • Ability to conduct business data analysis including the preparation of reports
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean/ Six Sigma, Process Engineering, Design Thinking, others)
  • Willingness to continuous learning and self-development


Preferred Qualifications


  • Several improvement solutions already delivered (macro tools, lean ideas, etc.) would be an advantage
  • Ability to manage to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving approach
  • Well organized and ability to meet strict dead-lines
  • Client management expertise
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
