Inviting applications for the role of Sourcing & Procurement - Domain Trainee – German - Remote RO!

We are looking for professionals with Sourcing and Procurement proven ability who have worked on SAP and Ariba ERP and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Sourcing and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Ariba eSourcing and Experience in Spend Analytics
• Experience in Market Research and Analysis (from sourcing and procurement perspective)
• Experience in sourcing / Tactical Buying (for any category), Experience in managing a team (small to medium size team) and Compliance to Procurement policies and procedures
• Project Management Skills and Significant Procurement experience demonstrating a proven track record
• Sophisticated Excel Skills, Proficient in Power Point and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people management
• Should be able to balance everyday operation challenge
• Innovative, Ownership, Problem solving attitude and Support broader transformation
• Coordinates the introduction of new / modified products and services with respective departments using extensive knowledge of category to reflect developments / innovations in the market place

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Science/Engineering
• Excellent German interpersonal skills
• Significant work experience
• Ability to demonstrate a range of influencing techniques
