ASSISTANT MANAGER

The ideal candidate:

You have completed higher education;
You have very good communication skills;
You like to work in a team, but you can work easily and independently;
You have good skills in organizing and planning your time;
You have a very good command of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of English is a prerequisite.
Specific tasks:

check the notifications and draw up the lists of spare parts necessary for the interventions or requests for offer in question;
requests price offers from suppliers and / or from the Procurement and Logistics department for the necessary parts sales of spare parts (as the case may be) or belonging to the completed EGS projects;
prepares all price offers regarding spare parts, as well as any components for which offers are requested;
ensures the start of the sales process from the moment of receiving the order, the preparation of the invoice by the Finance department; checking the delivery of the package to the agreed destination and the necessary documentation for the client;
send the offer and the invoice to the client,
keeps in touch with the customer throughout the offer / sale for each stage of the sale and resolves any ambiguities.
prepares online all orders for Ariel parts, which are purchased by EGS, before transferring them online to the Procurement Department;
prepares the offer of spare parts for the Sales department, in order to participate in various auctions;
collaborates with authorized suppliers (Waukesha, Caterpillar, Ariel) in any situation related to spare parts;
collaborates with EGS departments (Procurement, Logistics, Management, Service) to obtain specific information in any situation related to spare parts; (as the case)
works with design and production departments to determine how products can be made or modified to suit customer needs;
provides support and advice to customers and product suppliers
