We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Danieli
Automation Team.
Job Title: Electrical Power Systems Engineer.
Main activities:
·
Design of control panels for low-medium voltage drives;
·
Simulation and design of static power converters for renewable energy
sources (e.g., photovoltaic, wind power)
·
Design and implementation of control solutions in coupling with
conventional converters;
·
Electromechanical design of capacitor board, inductors, their
connection, including any moving parts;
·
Drafting of specifications and material lists;
·
Specific drafting for static electrical machines (e.g. transformers,
reactors, etc.);
·
Follow up with suppliers and testing.
Qualifications and experiences required:
·
Bachelor's / Master's degree in technical disciplines (i.e. electrical,
electronics, power electronics, automatic controls, etc.);
·
Good knowledge of electrical components and static electrical machines;
·
3-5 years of experience
in power systems;
·
Use of simulation tools (e.g., PLEXIM, Matlab Simulink);
·
Knowledge of PLC programming environments/Real-Time systems; basic
knowledge of Codesys environment will be considered a plus;
·
Specific knowledge of static power converters will be considered a
plus;
·
Fluency in English.
