Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer Azure

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• 5+ years’ industry experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and operating Azure services including Azure VM, Storage, Scale Sets, Availability Sets, Load Balancers, Landing Zones, Blueprints, WAF/NVA, Monitor, Advisor, Sentinel, Cloud workload protection, Key Vault, Express Route/VPN, AD Connect and RBAC.
• Strong technical competency with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and managing large, complex Active Directory environments
• Strong technical competency with virtualization technologies
• Proven understanding of networking-related concepts and security related protocols
• Proven experience with on-premises and hybrid Office 365 environments
• Proven experience with Azure AD, and identity management solutions
• Infrastructure as a Code experience (PowerShell, Azure CLI), Azure portal, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Familiar with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.

Nice to have: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administration certification exam

What you'll be doing:

• Implementing, managing, and monitoring identity, governance, storage, compute, and virtual networks in Azure cloud environment,
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online and O365
• Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud
• Provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources, when needed.
• Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.)
• Offer guidance during cloud solutions design phase regarding operational aspects such as availability, reliability, and maintainability
• Provide reports related to the portfolio of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services of the organization.
• Mentor fellow team members on Azure-related job duties
