What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of our client, offering informative support and problem-solving assistance to customers across English-speaking markets.
? Manage inbound calls (approx. 90%)
and occasional outbound follow-ups
? Offer clear, friendly, and
professional support
? Handle inquiries, resolve issues,
and escalate when needed
? Work with CRM tools to log
interactions accurately
Who We're Looking For
We're growing a diverse and motivated team, including:

BPO, or similar roles)
You
should have:
✔ English level B2–C1 (spoken & written)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
