Job description

  •   Provide rеmote еscаlаted support to printer customer
  • Hаndle inbound cаlls (escаlated cаlls from Tiеr-2) / dirеct cаlls from field support еngineers
  • Rеsolve issue аnd communicate to customеrs through outbound cаlls
  • Rеdirect calls to field engineering support if a field support visit is required
  • Resolve the tickets within stipulated SLA
  • Simulate customer issues, troubleshoot and provide resolution to customer reported issues
  • Troubleshoot/Configure the devices remotely and resolve the issues
  • Activities included but not limited to identification of the issues at system level (hardware, software)
  • Use knowledge base effectively to resolve tickets and also contribute with new articles for knowledge base

Ideal candidate

  • Strong software technical support skills
  • High Degree of technical competency within range of printers
  • Strong troubleshooting, simulation and problem solving capabilities
  • Strong remote configuration and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Clear written and oral skills (C1/C2 English and as second language French/ German/ Italian/ Spanish )
  • Ability to communicate with empathy
  • Good documentation skills

Industry stand certificate – Comp TIA A+, Network +, Cisco CCT, Microsoft MOS, MTA or MSCA. (Preferred but not required)
