People & Culture Internship in Cluj

We think of it as a meeting of talent, enthusiasm and fun. Why? You don’t need to have any work experience, all we ask is that you’re passionate about what you do and ambitious about what you can achieve. The experience in human resources will come later.

We created internships for students who want to make an impact. Open to undergraduates, recent graduates and final year Masters and MBA students, you could get involved in anything people related, from the recruitment to training, from payroll to career development.

You’ll spend from 10 weeks to 6 months with us, gaining deep understanding of people and culture processes and practices and learning from experienced people.
