Join Steelcase as a Dealer Business Manager and play
a key role in driving growth through our dealer network.
Based in Cluj-Napoca, you will work closely with
Steelcase dealer partners in European market, helping them identify
growth opportunities, strengthen commercial performance, and win strategic
business. Working alongside sales leaders, business development teams, and
cross-functional experts, you will help partners turn strategy into action
while supporting complex sales opportunities across the market.

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Building strong partnerships with Steelcase
dealers to drive growth, strengthen performance, and increase market
presence within the assigned territory.
- Developing and executing dealer business
plans, sales strategies, and account growth initiatives that deliver
measurable commercial results.
- Leading regular business reviews with dealer
leadership to evaluate pipeline health, sales performance, forecasts, and
growth opportunities.
- Supporting dealers and customers throughout
complex sales cycles, helping win priority opportunities and expand
existing business.
- Coordinating cross-functional resources,
subject matter experts, training initiatives, and sales support activities
to strengthen dealer capabilities.
- Challenging performance barriers through
consultative discussions that improve prospecting, account planning,
forecasting accuracy, and sales execution.
- Utilizing CRM tools and sales insights to
track opportunities, communicate strategies, and drive accountability
across stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and relevant professional
experience.
- Experience managing channel partners, dealers,
customers, or other external business relationships within a B2B
environment.
- Experience supporting opportunities through multiple
stages of a complex sales cycle involving diverse
stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and drive
accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and
ability to analyze information from multiple sources to make sound
decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
skills.
- Resilience and confidence to navigate ambiguity,
manage difficult business conversations, and maintain focus in a
fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to
support account planning and business growth decisions

- Experience managing dealer, distributor, channel, or
partner relationships within a complex B2B environment.
- Experience working across countries, cultures, or
geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify business challenges,
