Sales Support/Project Support
- Provide administrative support for quotes, orders, projects and ad hoc purposes
- Provide assistance for provisioning/delivery queries
- Engineer management – Inbound calls and appointment setting.
- Process orders in line with our supplier procedures (data, mobile, cloud products)
- Correctly update our internal ordering system
- Correctly maintain customer/carrier/internal communication via ticketing tool in accordance with SLAs agreed
- Complete customer reports as requested
- Complete welcome calls to ensure all mandatory details for order placing process are fulfilled
- Attend conference calls (customer, carrier/supplier and internal) and capture actions
- Chase customers to confirm/accept certain costs
- Manage cease requests
- Provide assistance to Finance for billing disputes and other cost inconsistencies
