Job description

  • Conducts end to end recruitment processes for the industrial area;
  • Analyzes the job descriptions together with the hiring managers in order to define the candidate’s profile (tasks, requirements, competencies);
  • Identifies and selects potential candidates depending on candidate’s profile and job vacancy expectations;
  • Schedules interviews with the selected candidates respecting the deadlines set;
  • Informs the selected candidates about receiving the job and presenting the job offer;
  • Offers support in planning and organizing HR activities (training, meetings, communication activities, events, etc.);
  • Is an active part and participate in all HR events and activities.
