We are looking for an Project manager, for our Logistics Projects Department in Codlea

Responsibilities:

 Lead and coordinate automotive development projects;

 Creation of project plans/ concepts and ensuring compliance (e.g. resource planning, scheduling, budgeting etc.) in concert with the specialist and/or key project managers as well as specialist departments; if applicable, initialization of measures in the event of deviations;

 Professional management of project employees;

 Participation in the implementation of risk analyses; Participation in the optimization/ development of processes, systems and methods (e.g. implementation of lessons learned reviews, elaboration of ideal solutions for the interlocking of logistics and production, etc.);

 Ensuring the compliance with the allocated project budget and prescribed project parameters/ targets; initialization of measures in the event of deviations;

 Analysis and evaluation of changes (internal/ external), participation in negotiations (e.g. scopes and costs of modifications etc.) as well as ensuring the implementation;Creation and checking of project reports and presentations as well as project finalization documentations.
