Design Engineer for our Research and Development Interior team
in Codlea Responsibilities: Managing
and directing a subproject – with focus on the passenger compartment (door
panels, center console, instrument panel) – to ensure product development and support
from the concept phase to series production Key
technical contact to the customer during series development (carrying out and
documenting regular talks with the customers) in accordance with the Project
Manager Working
out product plans, part requests and material specifications in accordance with
the approved short list Compiling
acquisition quantity structures based on product modules and customer
requirements in cooperation with the acquisition board and line Ensuring
the achievement of the agreed project targets, particularly the deadline, cost
and development status targets on product level Functional
management and control of the project team within series development. Leading
and motivating the assigned staff in the area of responsibility. Requirements: Technical University
– Mechanical Engineer Minimum 5 years
experience in a development area Minimum 2 years
experience in a leadership role Good knowledge of
centering and retaining several parts into
a whole and of tolerance chains English language -
advanced level; German language – medium /advanced level Problem-solving
