main responsibilities:

§Provide helpdesk support to end users

§Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure

§Responsible for support, troubleshooting and implementation of IT changes

§Maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring its stability and security.

§IT support for process development and optimizations

§Perform regular maintenance on software & auxiliary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency; Ensure periodic system backups are performed

§Provide technical support, training and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems

§Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.

Purpose :

§The software system engineer takes care of everything that involves the optimal operation of the company's software/hardware system. He designs, selects, adapts, configures, develops, tests, implements and integrates IT&C solutions.
