Job Objective:

To collaborate for assuring adequate Customers Service activities
To collaborate for matching all the given sales targets

Requirements:

- Experience in technical sales/ back office
- University degree
- English - mandatory

To acquire a proactive approach to customers
To assure a first and basic technical support
To assure and manage pre-sales and after sales activities
To collect, manage and analyse sales data and customers information
To daily check and manage payments from customers (in coordination with Accounting Dpt)
To keep adequate relations and coordination with Accounting Dpt, Production Dpt, Purchasing Dpt, Warehouse & Logistic Dpt
To maintain and improve level of relations with customers portfolio
To manage and enlarge customers database
To manage promotional activities and distribution of advertising materials
To manage relations with Headquarter (purchasing orders)
To prepare and manage activities for new customers research (web, mailing, calls…)
To prepare and manage sales offers/proposals and sales orders
To properly manage all the orders processing (from receiving the order to delivery)
To understand, analyse and match customers’ requirements
