Your Key Responsibilities:
- R&D Project Controlling incl. Budget Planning, Forecast, Closing and Organization of R&D Project Steering;
- R&D Cost Center /-Line Controlling incl. Budget planning, Forecast & Closing;
- Organization and moderation of Project Approval Meetings;
- Monitoring and Controlling of all R&D financials;
- Support Project Managers and Engineering Community with commercial expertise;
- Drive and support digitalization, data engineering, process and methods refinement.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in economics, business administration or comparable qualification;
- Long-term experience in R&D controlling or in similar area;
- Confident in using MS Office and SAP software;
- Passion for Data Management;
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
- Strong communication & team skills;
- High level of initiative & assertiveness.
