Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop software units in project and library context.
Select and implement verification measures for software units and components (e.g. Code Reviews, Unit Tests).
Integrate software elements and perform integration verification.
Evaluate and manage toolchains for embedded systems software development.
Implement Git-based version control systems to manage code history and team collaboration.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
Implement monitoring solutions to track build performance and test results, providing insightful reports.
Document processes and provide training to team members on toolchain and CI/CD usage.
Participation in stand-ups / project meetings with an international team.

Your Qualifications:

Required

Graduate Degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, Natural Science or Computer Science.
+4 years of experience in embedded software development.
Strong skills in programming languages C and C++ [BREITES KNOW HOW von BASIS SW BIS APPLICATION SW].
Experience with CI/CD practices and toolchain management, particularly for embedded systems.
Experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication and collaboration.

Preferred

Experience with security integration and regulatory compliance for embedded systems.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for coding and compliance.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development methodologies.
Ability to lead training sessions and provide technical support to team members.
Experience in integrating and optimizing monitoring and reporting solutions.
Experienced in developing condition monitoring systems, sensor applications or motor controls is preferred.
