What can you expect?

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of excellence as an Economist Accounts Payable for our Shared Service Center!

• Manage Intercompany accounts for customers and suppliers, including validating and recording invoices, performing clearing activities, and confirming balances.
• Validate and record invoices for the designated plant, adhering to provided instructions.
• Reconcile Intercompany positions to maintain precise financial records.
• Booking and reconciling expenses and advance expenses accounts.
• Review all suppliers' and customers' invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting and fiscal law provisions.
• Prepare any report/situation required by company management.

What should you bring?

• University degree, preferably in Economic education or business studies.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the finance-accountant field.
• Knowledge of Fiscal and Financial Romanian Legislation, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good ERP know-how, particularly SAP knowledge in the Finance module (R3, at least Finance Module), and proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way, attention to details.
• Good with numbers, excellent analytical skills.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a flexible way as a Team Player.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
