Warehouse Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Education - minimum secondary

A minimum of five years of work experience related to warehouse and material management

Good knowledge of English and/or German in speech and writing

Knowledge of MS Office packaging

Team management skills

Knowledge of the SAP program (in the field of warehouse and material management)

Good knowledge of labor law, health and safety and fire protection

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing the work of the subordinate warehouse

Supervising the work of subordinate employees

Taking care of warehouse documentation

Providing assistance to subordinate employees in tasks exceeding their skills

Training of subordinate employees on the job

Carrying out periodic evaluations of subordinate employees

 Organizing, preparing and conducting works in accordance with the provisions of labor law, occupational health and safety and fire protection

Ongoing cooperation with the external warehouse and other departments (aimed at providing the production departments with materials on time)

Conducting systematic control over the correct and timely course of material turnover records

Ongoing inventory control

Implementation of arrangements and orders in the field of improving work safety, fire protection and environmental protection

Supervision and control over the proper keeping of personal records of employees of the subordinate unit

Ongoing improvement of warehouse processes through automation and optimization in accordance with the guidelines for the SCM department

Setting up, updating and saving Warehouse Management views in the SAP system

Other tasks resulting from the workflow and current orders of the direct supervisor
