Business analyst / Product owner

Position Summary:
The core objective of the Senior Business Analyst role a is to leverage in-depth analysis and innovative problem-solving to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trucking and logistics software solutions. This includes driving improvements through data-driven insights and ensuring that technology integrations such as ELD and GPS tracking devices meet business and regulatory needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and areas for system enhancements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to maximize business efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with IT developers to design and refine software solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Act as the connector between business units and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of project goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, requirements, and project statuses to support clear project tracking and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a business analysis role, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
• Strong familiarity with business analysis methodologies, ERP systems, and CRM software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing projects from conception to implementation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
