FOR OUR team IN IASI WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A

HARDWARE ENGINEER

JOIN US AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Design electronic control units/modules based on customer requirements (design of hardware architecture, schematics, documentation, create or update eBOM);
• Calculate and document worst-case scenarios;
• Perform electrical simulations;
• Design and calculate Inductors and Transformers for High Power applications;
• Support FEM Simulation team for design validation of custom magnetics;
• Work with hardware team to design and document according to Preh and supplier standards. Cooperation with international suppliers and customers;
• Develop test procedures, test HW components;
• Monitor module validation activities, analyze results and propose improvements;
• Coordinate the design and verification of the ECUs;
• Support and coordinate samples for optimizations;
• Support PCB layout design;
• Support projects in quotation phase;
• Support customers, sales team, quality and purchasing departments;
• Product cost optimization initiatives.

YOU ARE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• Graduated Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Mechatronics or similar;
• Knowledge in analog and digital circuits design;
• Familiar with design tools ( simulation, schematic entry, engineering calculations, worst-case analysis) and testing equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes);
• Knowledge in embedded systems with microcontrollers;
• Knowledge about DC-DC converters and power electronics design;
• Previous work experience in automotive electronics;
• Ability to work independently or as a member in an international team;
• Experience with Altium PCB Design is a plus;
• Very good communication skills;
• Process-oriented, structured and analytic;
• Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
