Senior Java Developer

Accountabilities:

• Work on large-scale, custom-designed, multi-tier, enterprise-level software development projects using Java
• Help the team deliver high-quality software
• Help us take our software development process, based on Continuous Delivery and Agile best practices, to the next level
• Help us grow the next generation of software developers that will join our teams

Key Strengths:

• Hands-on development and delivery experience with Java enterprise related technologies (at least Spring and/or Java EE technology stacks)
• Good command of the Java language
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Great OOP skills, including design patterns knowledge and enterprise integration
• Experience working with CI/CD, TDD, Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Great coding and code review skills. Can debate about topics such as: DDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, etc.
• Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics degree or equivalent experience in writing enterprise software products

Would be an advantage:

• Experience and ability to jump right-in projects based on Akka, Websockets, Cloud Computing- GCE/AWS, Spring Reactive stack
• Successful experience in leading a team of developers and delivery of a projects/product from initial conception to production
• A keen eye for latest technology trends and ability to create small PoC(s) using them
• Good client interaction skills and experience with software consultancy
