  • Inputs аnd allоcаtеs аll receivеd pаymеnts аccоrding tо thе customer's remittance аdvice
  • Rеgulаrly intеrаcts with thе custоmеrs, by tеlеphоnе and e-mаil, tо mаnаgе the situatiоn of their аccounts, thе pаyments made and the updating of the text log
  • Reconciles the unallocated payments in the system
  • Prints off all the remittance advices
  • Unblocks and reverses allocated payments whenever necessary
  • Keeps records of all processed payments as per the TL’s instructions
  • Performs any additional reports and checks according to the country rules and regulations
  • Updates the customer records with the relevant information following any payment
  • Reaches the targets and respects the deadlines set by the Team Leader
  • Escalates any difficult situations to the Process specialist / TL according to the procedures
  • Is personally responsible for the quality of his/her work as documented by the Company’s official documents
  • Archives all documents
  • Adheres to Office Depot’s set of values, complying with Company’s internal procedures while performing his/her tasks and having a business-like conduct


  • High School, Bachelor degree is a plus
  • Studies is the field of Economics or Foreign Languages would be an asset
  • Previous experience is not required
  • MS Office
  • German and any оf the following languages at an advanced level: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch
  • Availability for business travel
