Credit & Collections Analyst with English

You would be part of a dynamic team which offers financial support by:

• Managing customer accounts and update our records with any changes within their organization
• Responding to our customer’s queries regarding their orders via telephone or e-mail
• Handling our customer’s requests regarding payments over the phone or to confirm receipt of their payments
• Notifying customers via telephone or e-mail in order to secure payment for unpaid invoices
• Analyzing customer accounts and their financial status
• Setting credit limits and processing orders on hold
