Education/Training:
- Highschool/University Degree Previous studies or experience in economics/finance/accounting/customer service are a plus, but not a requirement
Description:What you would do:
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Handle orders, e-mails and calls from customers and communicate with other departments inside the company
- Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
