Credit & Collection Analyst with German

Requirements:

Language:

• Minimum B2 German language skills Ideally 
• English as a second language - nice to have

Abilities/Skills:

• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team 
• Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset 
• Customer orientated approach and great communication skills 
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

Education/Training:

• Highschool/University Degree Previous studies or experience in economics/finance/accounting/customer service are a plus, but not a requirement

Description:

What you would do:

• Manage assigned customer accounts
• Handle orders, e-mails and calls from customers and communicate with other departments inside the company 
• Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts
