We are seeking a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in managing logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations, with a focus on e-commerce distribution networks.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize distribution networks for e-commerce operations
• Oversee transportation and logistics activities
• Coordinate supply chain operations 
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Monitor and improve distribution efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Manage and coordinate team activities, including performance monitoring, staff guidance, and evaluation processes to ensure operational efficiency.

 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Experience with e-commerce distribution networks
• Fluent in English (C1 level required)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
