Full Stack Developer Back-End Focus PHP, Java, Cloud

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development (PHP, Java) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role involves developing scalable applications and integrating with cloud services. Front-end knowledge is a plus, but not essential.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, logistics, or service delivery.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).

Responsibilities

7+ years of back-end development experience

Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and Java (Spring Boot)

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
