We seek a skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channels through various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, eMag, and other third-party platforms. The Marketplace Specialist will work closely with other departments in the organization to develop new marketing strategies, optimize/negotiate pricing, and ensure sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce market, experience with marketing automation tools and strategies, and excel in multitasking to achieve objectives.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or sales
Knowledge of marketplace integration processes, optimization tools, and strategies
Experience with creating promotions campaigns and marketing automation software preferred
Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Language skills: English (reading, writing, speaking – medium)
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings on multiple marketplaces
Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify improvement areas and opportunities
Create promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
Identify new marketplaces or channels to expand and increase sales
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize sales performance
Work with marketing, logistics, and sales teams to enhance product visibility, messaging, and branding
Monitor competitors’ sales & marketing strategies, and adapt to the changing market dynamics
Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives
