Position Objective

  • To work within the Systems and Management Information team providing regular and ad hoc reporting and analytical support.
  • Client Service Objectives
  • Consistently deliver high-quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet client objectives and Integreon business needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients.

What will you do:

  • Manage the team to ensure effective management and delivery of all Management Information requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Produce internal performance reports, including monthly management information packs, weekly flash reports, Key Account analyses, Partner Business review forms etc.
  • Produce and maintain client profitability reporting across the firms' client base.
  • Produce external Client information reports per client requests for content and format.
  • Encourage and receive active delegation from Practice Group Finance teams.
  • Close relationships with other Integreon service delivery teams to provide seamless service to fee-earning teams.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from throughout the firm.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation and FAQs to ensure effective management and understanding of reports and analytics.

  • Previous Experience
  • A strong grounding in Excel.
  • ·Business Objects knowledge is essential
  • Peoplesoft experience is preferable.
  • SQL experience is preferable.
  • Professional/ Educational Qualification
  • Graduate calibre with an excellent academic record, studying for further accounting qualifications or proven skills by experience
