Experience
in working with production systems with responsibilities for technical support and
workflow interventions (previous experience with xml is a plus)
As the current project for which we are
recruiting is a dynamic one with multiple improvements to be implemented and
with multi-cultural teams, one of the main requirements is to have an
open-minded attitude: to be flexible, curious and to be pro-active.
General tasks
·
To
make sure the documents are delivered to customer as per projects’ requests, to
actively participate to the continuous improvement of the current workflow by providing
and testing technical solutions (to communicate with development team and with
production teams).
·
To
use the available tools and to be in contact with multiple production teams to
provide the best solutions from a technical point of view.
MAIN ACTIVITIES (the list is not exhaustive)
·
To
offer technical support to production teams in handling problematic documents
and making sure they are delivered in time and according to the procedures in
place (xml interventions).
·
To
analyze customer’s requests related to production and to provide and follow-up
on the most suitable solutions: to analyze the quality check received from
customer from a technical point of view, to create/follow-up on tickets for Dev
team, to communicate with production teams to make sure the solutions are
implemented.
·
To
analyze and to suggest solutions to the technical issues that may occur during
production: issues with the
reception/delivery of documents, incomplete/corrupted documents, documents/modules
which do not behave as expected, etc.
·
To
handle simple server issues (connection problems, space/archive issues)
·
To
analyze and to actively participate to implementing potential evolutions of the
workflow (requested by customer or internal improvements).
·
To
test and analyze ongoing technical implementations.
·
Depending
on company’s needs and once a certain experience is acquired, same profile of
activities could be applied to other similar projects.

document conversion, typesetting, workflow, log analysis)

Special
mentions
To make sure the
company offers the best possible training, the recruited person will travel to
France (to Mayenne office) for a limited period (one or two months) and spend
time with the team.
Although part of the
team is working remotely, the position of technical support will be included in
a team which already has 4 other members. Although their responsibilities are
different, the team in Cluj will facilitate the integration of the new member.
Schedule: 9-17:30 or 18:00 with
30 min 1h lunch. In exceptional cases, the intervention after 18:00 could be
required.
To ensure the continuity of the projects, the employee might be required to work during legal holidays in Romania.
