The Technical Consultant is a service-minded individual with a solid technical expertise in charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients.
Your main tasks will be to:
Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical perspective
Configure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the clients' business requirements
Liaise with our Product team and our Technical Account Managers
Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments
Assist the support team on the most critical support cases
This position leads to a sound understanding of international financial markets and to excellent knowledge of our product suite.
A degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or relevant major
Technical Expertise (programming experience is highly appreciated; basic knowledge of Java, Linux, and databases required)
Excellent communication skills: candidate must have a legible and synthetic speech
Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of accountability
Financial Experience is a plus (such as front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives, FIX protocol, 3rd party vendors, etc.)
Minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing technical support role or in implementation/delivery role
Excellent command in English
