What you'll do:

• Design, test, and validate new injection molding products and molds per project specifications
• Approve materials and injection processes
• Drive continuous improvement, from supplier selection to optimizing injection parameters and reporting results (quality, costs, on-time delivery)
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Planning, and Technical departments to prevent defects, optimize production, ensure on-time delivery, and reduce costs

Who we're looking for:

• Technical degree in Applied Chemistry, Mechanics, or related fields
• Strong desire and ability to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational and monitoring abilities
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of technical drawing
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Interpersonal skills, results-oriented, attention to detail, and client-focused
• Previous experience in production or plastic injection molding is a plus
